ConsciousNest

Harm Reduction Project

Connect. Create. Educate.

“Amazing work from people who genuinely care.”

– VIV MITCHELL (Founder – Australian Festival Guide)

Our Story.

The ConsciousNest is a grassroots community project that was created by an event organiser in the rave scene in 2013. It was developed as a response to address drug use, sex education, mental health and well being within the music event community.

We deeply understand our communities needs and the best ways to create engagement. We are party people for party people!

As well as being peers to our community many of our team members are qualified social workers, psychologists, healthcare and harm reduction workers, friends and family of those with a lived experience.

We want to see our community thrive, promoting long healthy, meaningful and ridiculously fun lives.

“ConsciousNest do amazing work in educating and looking after festival-goers in any way they can. From providing a quick drink of water and a chat, all the way up to sitting beside someone having a deeply traumatic experience, they are there to help. Incredible service, incredible people.”
